PT Bali Penida Jaya, the developer behind the upcoming luxury eco-resort CROSS Celesta Nusa Penida, has officially signed a hotel management agreement with CROSS Hotels & Resorts (PT Bespoke Hospitality Management Indonesia). This milestone partnership affirms the shared commitment to delivering a new benchmark in sustainable, experience-driven hospitality in Nusa Penida.

Nestled atop dramatic cliffs with unobstructed views of Kelingking Beach and the Indian Ocean, CROSS Celesta Nusa Penida will feature 61 private tented villas,  inspired by the natural surroundings and rooted in traditional Balinese craftsmanship. The resort will offer world-class amenities, including an infinity pool, wellness and recovery zone, spa, farm-to-table dining, and event spaces—all while preserving the integrity of the island’s landscape and biosphere.

The resort’s name, Celesta, is inspired by celestial beauty and the spiritual depth of Nusa Penida. The concept draws on the island’s energy and sacred traditions, creating a unique resort where luxury and sustainability coexist.

This collaboration combines CROSS Hotels & Resorts’ innovative hospitality model with PT Bali Penida Jaya’s strong local roots and vision for sustainable development, supported by the architectural mastery of Escape Nomade and the landscaping and cultural sensibility of SHL Asia.
